本網站由一位長期投入 精神職能治療領域的學者與臨床工作者 所創立,整合 心理動力觀點、治療性會談、正念覺察練習,以及情緒調節與身心整合的方法,提供一個能夠安全探索內在經驗的空間。
創辦人亦具有 芳香療法與能量療法之輔助整合醫學背景,在專業心理健康實務之外,適度結合溫和的身心調節方法,以支持放鬆、情緒平衡與自我覺察的發展。
透過會談、覺察練習與身心整合的過程,我們協助個人安定心緒、理解情緒的流動、減輕壓力,並逐漸培養穩定而持續的情緒調節能力。

Founded by a senior scholar and clinician in mental health occupational therapy, the platform integrates psychodynamic understanding, therapeutic dialogue, mindfulness-based awareness, and practical approaches to emotional regulation.
With an additional background in aromatherapy and energy-based complementary practices within integrative medicine, the work also draws on gentle mind–body approaches that support relaxation, emotional balance, and self-awareness.
Through reflective conversations, contemplative practices, and integrative mind–body methods, individuals are supported in settling the mind, easing stress, and cultivating stable emotional balance.
Sera.phina.me also places particular emphasis on parenting support, parent–child development, and the psychological wellbeing of children and adolescents, helping families foster deeper understanding, resilience, and healthy emotional connection.
